Start Service

    Please Note: It may take up to 48 hours to process this request. Same day service is NOT available through this form. If you need same day service, please call our office at 208-468-5711. Our office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. We are located at 401 3rd St S., Nampa, ID.

    Service Request Fee

    There is a $34 fee for starting up services. This will be included in your first bill. 

    Trash Services

    If this is a newly-constructed home, the default trash service is: 1 95-gallon trash cart and 1 95-gallon recycling cart. If this is an existing home, existing trash services will be transferred to your new account. Changes can be made by emailing us at utility {at} cityofnampa {dot} us or calling us at 208-468-5711.     A deposit of $150 for residential accounts or $300 for commercial accounts may be required. If a deposit is required, we will contact you by phone to notify you and collect payment. 

    If for some reason we cannot create this account or require additional information, we will contact you. Otherwise, if you do not hear from us, please know the account has been created

  4. On orders cannot be completed on weekends or holidays. If the date selected falls on a weekend or holiday, the order will be completed on the next business day.

    Customers enrolled in our E-notification program will receive an email reminder if the account ever becomes past due. The reminder is sent 5 days before services are shut off. The reminder not only lists the past due information but also includes the various methods for paying your bill.
