DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO REPORT CRIMES AGAINST PERSONS, SUCH AS BATTERY, THREATS, HARASSMENT ETC. CONTACT POLICE DISPATCH AT 208-465-2257

This form is intended for the reporting of cold case property crimes incidents only. For in progress crimes, contact police dispatch. The following crime types may be reported using this form:
- Stolen Property under $1000
- Stolen Property over $1000 if no suspects or evidence (excluding guns and vehicles)
- Credit / Debit Card Fraud
- Vandalism under $1000 damage
- Littering
- Gas Drive Off
- Fraud
- For all other incident types please contact police dispatch at 208-465-2257 to file a report with an officer.
  
  You will be notified by email within 24 hours of your report number for insurance reporting. If you do not provide a valid email address it may take more than 24 hours to receive your report number. Upon submission, the completed form will be sent to the appropriate division and a copy will be made available for you to print or save for your records.
