     4. Conditional Use Permit for an Unlisted Land Use as outlined in NCC10-3-2.B to permit a temporary home to be occupied until the construction of a new home on the property at 915 9th Ave. S. (a .16 acre parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section 27, T3N, R2W, BM, Nampa) for Duane Tomic (CUP-00292-2022).

     5. Conditional Use Permit for a Commercial Daycare - 1st Steps LLC Daycare, at 5651 E Franklin Rd and Addressed as 5675 E Franklin Rd Ste 103 in a GB1 (Gateway Business) zoning district (a 1.10 acre parcel #R0852210200 in the NW 1/4 of Section 18, T3N, R1W, BM, Nampa) for Briana Mahaffey representing Sharon Zhou & Alexander Tsukerman (CUP-00294-2022).
