Conditional Use Permit as required under NCC 10-3-2.B to issue a Temporary Use Permit for a pre-"move on" home as outlined in NCC 10-1-12.A.11.a at 369 1st St N in a IL_RS (Light Industrial/Single-Family Residential) zoning district - a .35 acre parcel #R1288200000; (located in the NW 1/4 of Section 22, T3N, R2W, BM, Nampa) for Carlos Corvera (CUP-00289-2022). Original concept: TUP for a pre-"move on" home during construction of permanent home.
