    3. Variance of NCC 10-19-6.C requiring a 10' setback from the private roadway at 3353 & 3341 N. Black Butte Ct. (two Parcels #R2441312800 & #R2441312900 totaling 1.25 acres, located in the NW 1/4 of Sec. 8, T3N, R2W, BM) in the IL (Light Industrial) zoning district, for Don Burch (VAR-00130-2022).   Original concept: reduce setback to 3'.
