3) Variance of Sections 10-8-5 (C) and 10-8-6 (D) In the RS6 (Single-Family Residential, 6,000 SF) Zoning District at 806 E Sheridan Ave. to reduce the minimum interior yard setback from five feet (5’) to twenty two inches (22”) for an existing storage shed on the property (a .07-acre portion of the SE ¼ of Section 27, T3N, R2W, BM, also known as a portion of Lot 5, Block 50 previously addressed as 420 ½ Garland St. of Kurtz Addition subdivision) for Benjamin Walsh (VAR 092-20).
