1. How to obtain a burn permit?

The Fire Administration Building is located at 9 -12th Ave South in downtown Nampa. Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm (we are closed from lunch from 12pm to 1pm daily).  Please stop by our office or you can call (208-468-5770) during business hours and leave a voicemail requesting a burn permit over the phone. One of our staff members will return your call as soon as possible. The cost is $20.00 and the burn permit is good for one year from the date of purchase. 

When doing any type of burning, please be aware of the air quality and if it is permittable, per the Department of Air Quality.
