City of Nampa seeks two volunteers for Impact Fee Advisory Committee

Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling is seeking applications to fill vacancies on the City of Nampa’s Impact Fee Advisory Committee. A total of two volunteer openings are available. One position shall be active in the business of development, building or real estate. The other position shall be a citizen at large.

The Impact Fee Advisory Committee is comprised of a mix of citizens-at-large and members who are active in the business of development, building or real estate, who make recommendations to mayor and council regarding development impact fees, land use and capital improvements. The committee meets annually and on an as-needed basis at Nampa City Hall.

TO APPLY: Interested individuals are encouraged to first download the application form at cityofnampa.us/serve. Please submit the form and a letter of interest expressing reasons for your interest to Chief of Staff Rick Hogaboam (email hogaboamr@cityofnampa.us or deliver/mail to Nampa City Hall at 411 3rd Street South, Nampa, Idaho 83651).

Applicants must reside in Nampa city limits. The appointed members will serve beginning June 14, 2021 and ending Jan 6, 2023. All applications are currently being accepted through Wed., May 19, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. 

Applicants must be appointed by Mayor Kling and confirmed by the Nampa City Council before beginning their term of service.
