54th Annual Parade America Scheduled for May 15


The Nampa Parade America Committee, Inc. invite the community to the 54th annual Parade America beginning at 11 a.m. Sat., May 15, 2021. The theme for this year’s annual patriotic event is “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness,” and includes floats, horses, marching bands, antique cars, and much more.

The Nampa Parade America Committee has been formed (photo attached) and will accept parade entries at The deadline to register is Friday, May 7. The website also includes the parade route as well as rules and guidelines for entry. 

The parade begins at 11 a.m. at the corner of 12th Avenue Road and Lake Lowell Avenue near Nampa High School and follows a route on 12th Avenue Road to 7th Street South, to 16th Avenue South, ending near Northwest Nazarene University campus at Holly Street and East Colorado. 

Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling said, "The City of Nampa is very pleased Parade America is returning Saturday, May 15. I look forward to seeing our community come together to salute our military and celebrate our American freedoms."
