[ARCHIVED] Nampa Police arrest two male subjects in connection to vehicle burglaries.

Burglary suspects

Early this morning several vehicles in the 12000 block of Carriage Hill in Nampa were burglarized and numerous items stolen. Nampa Police received a call from a homeowner who was notified via his home surveillance system of motion outside the residence.

The citizen observed two male subjects shining their flashlights into vehicles and immediately called dispatch with a description of the two subjects. Officers responded to the area and located two subjects in the neighborhood matching the description provided by the citizen. Both subjects were in possession of flashlights and items that had been taken from other victims. Items included wallets, credit cards, cash and cell phones. These types of items are commonly reported stolen from vehicles and we would encourage the public to lock their vehicles and remove personal items.

Thanks to this alert caller we were able to identify suspects, which ultimately lead to the arrest of 19-year-old male, Skyler Farmer and 24-year-old male, Liam Stanley for vehicle burglaries, grand theft and petit theft. Investigators are continuing to follow up on this case and identify any other possible victims. The suspects were booked into Canyon County Jail on the below crimes.
