Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling and the Nampa City Council will hold a special meeting Wed., April 15, 2020 beginning at 6 p.m. to discuss next steps related to Nampa’s current state of emergency and Nampa-specific restrictions pending modification to Governor Little’s ‘stay-home’ order.
The full agenda can be viewed here and at https://www.cityofnampa.us/agendacenter.
As noticed on the agenda, there will be a discussion to consider re-opening Ridgecrest and Centennial Golf Courses, consideration to provide relief to monthly parking pass holders for downtown businesses that are closed due to the coronavirus, and providing an extension to alcohol renewals to align with potential extension provided by the State of Idaho.
Mayor Kling said, “The City of Nampa is interested in doing whatever we can to support our citizens and local businesses during this challenging time.”
