Injury Screening
-Provided by St. Alphonsus Physical Therapy
Stop by the weight room desk to arrange a 15-minute injury assessment or sign up for one of our ongoing times. Screenings will include recommendations for injury treatment and prevention.

Traditions Tang Soo Do
This class teaches self-confidence, builds self-esteem, and improves balance, while establishing discipline and courtesy towards others. Participants will learn age-appropriate self-defense and weapons training. These classes are non-violent; sparring is optional.
Clothing and Equipment
Students should wear loose fitting clothing, such as sweatpants and a t-shirt. No jewelry or watches during class. A mouth guard and a groin protector cup (males) are recommended.

Tai Chi Classes
The beginning class covers the fundamentals of Tai Chi including basic movements, breathing, meditation, warm-up form and an introduction on the Yang Style Short form. The intermediate class continues with movements, breathing, meditation, the Yang Short form, Yang Long form, and an introduction to push hands (Tai Chi sparring).

Women’s Self-Defense & Fitness
This class is designed for women of all ages, sizes, and athletic abilities. The class covers situational awareness, releases, proper falling and recovery techniques, effective punches, strikes, kicks, improved fitness, and basic martial arts etiquette. Students should wear loose fitting clothing, such as sweatpants and a t-shirt. It is recommended that an adult accompanies youth 12-17 years.

Splash N’ Dash
We do the splashing… parents do the dashing! Parents, enjoy a Friday evening with each other while we actively entertain your children in the pools! For 3 hours our certified lifeguards and lesson staff will be in the water actively supervising, playing water games and having a blast swimming around. With those 3 hours enjoy dinner and a movie, get things caught up around the house, or just enjoy a relaxing night. Pre-registration is required.

Course is designed to teach participants to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. Upon successful completion participants are issued a 2-year certification through the American Red Cross.

As the trees change with the seasons, simultaneously showing flexibility & stability, so we too can develop resilience of body & mind to be flexible, yet stable at our core. This workshop will focus on postures that ground us in a solid foundation and then allow us to twist and change shape.

Youth Strength Training Course
By successfully completing this 4-day course, youth ages 13 and 14 years will be granted use of the weight room including the free weights (some restrictions will apply). This course will focus on safe, productive training and practical experience. Participants are required to attend the entire class and pass both a written and practical exam. Classes require preregistration at the Program Desk.

Mario Kart Ultimate Tournament
Join us for our Mario Kart Deluxe 8 Ultimate Nintendo Switch tournament. Ages 10 and up are welcome. Although a competition in nature, this tournament is meant to be fun for all ages and will no doubt have many levels of skill present. Tournament is double elimination with pool play to determine seeding. Mario Kart will be 150 cc, Smart Steering and Auto Acceleration will be turned off, and no CPU’s.
