Wanted Woman Flees from Police and Still at Large
On May 8th, 2023, at 2:25 p.m. in the 3900 block of Garrity Blvd., a Nampa Police Officer saw Crystal
Rose Pero, 27, of Middleton, and he recognized her and knew she had outstanding
warrants. As Nampa Dispatchers were confirming the warrants, officers contacted her
and she fled in a black Audi passenger car with no license plates. After a short vehicle
pursuit, it was determined the conditions were not safe and the pursuit was terminated.
When Pero drove off, there were two males on motorcycles who had been stopped in
the same parking area with her. As the officer was contacting the motorcyclists, one of
them started to flee and intentionally swerved at the police officer, who was on foot.
That officer was able to push the motorcyclist away, as he came within a very close
proximity, nearly hitting the officer. The motorcyclist lost control of the motorcycle,
dumping it in the parking lot and abandoning it as he then fled on foot. After a foot
chase, the male suspect was stopped and arrested.
Jacob Wolfe Mason Kincade Davis (one name), 31, Nampa, was charged with battery on
a law enforcement officer as well as resisting and obstructing. He was additionally
arrested on a federal warrant for distribution of methamphetamine. Davis was
transported to the Canyon County Jail.
The Nampa Police Officer suffered a hand injury. He was treated and released from a
local hospital.
Pero is still outstanding. She has three warrants, all related to probation violations, and
she has a new charge of felony eluding, stemming from today’s incident.
Residents with information on the whereabouts of Pero are asked to call local law
enforcement.
