At tonight’s Nampa City Council meeting, a swearing in ceremony will be formally held for re-elected Mayor Debbie Kling and re-elected Nampa City Council members Randy Haverfield and Victor Rodriguez. Newly elected council woman Natalie Jangula will also be sworn in.
