Traditions Tang Soo Do
This class teaches self-confidence, builds self-esteem and improves balance, while establishing discipline and courtesy towards others. Participants will learn age appropriate self-defense and weapons training. These classes are non-violent; sparring is optional. Students should wear loose fitting clothing, such as sweatpants and a t-shirt. No jewelry or watches during class. A mouth guard and a groin protector cup (males) are recommended.
