Tai Chi Classes
The beginning class covers the fundamentals of Tai Chi including: basic movements, breathing, meditation, warm-up form and an introduction on the Yang Style Short form.
The intermediate class continues with movements, breathing, meditation, the Yang Short form, Yang Long form and an introduction to push hands (Tai Chi sparring).
Beginning: 6:30-7:30 pm
Intermediate: 7-8:30 pm
