Records Division Information

The Records Division of the Nampa Police Department is dedicated to providing every citizen of our community the best possible service. It is through the Nampa Police Departments core values of Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence that we set out to serve the community in which we live and work.

How Nampa Police Department’s Records Division serves our citizens and our community:

  • We provide customer service to citizens seeking assistance at our lobby window or on the phone
  • We provide fingerprint services to the public
  • We work to ensure the quality and integrity of the data gathered in the more than 12,000 incident reports every year.  This is to provide complete and accurate information for state statistical reporting
  • We process all public records requests for police records
  • It is our responsibility to enter and maintain all Nampa city warrants.

The Records division is staffed with fifteen full-time employees including two Records supervisors.  We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:30pm.  We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions.
