Pre-Application Meeting 


Beginning on January 1st, 2024, the City of Nampa will be consolidating Conceptual Plan Review (CPR) and Pre-Application meetings into one meeting type identified only as a Pre-Application meeting, for additional information please see the associated Policy Bulletin found here (link to bulletin). 

 

On December 29th ahead of the New Years weekend and our 1/1/24 launch date, this page will be changed to read as follows:

 

Beginning on January 1st, 2024, the City of Nampa consolidated Conceptual Plan Review (CPR) and Pre-Application meetings into one meeting type identified only as a Pre-Application meeting, for additional information please see the associated Policy Bulletin found here (link to bulletin).

 

The purpose of a pre-application meeting is to offer an opportunity for developers, builders, property owners, and others to meet with our staff from various departments to discuss allowable land uses, city utilities, land division projects, and any other local codes and requirements related to their projects at no charge. The intent of these meetings are to provide answers to a wide range of development questions including but not limited to: Planning and entitlement processes, Fire, Building and Public Works Department requirements, sewer and water availability and capacities, traffic concerns, Southwest District Health requirements for restaurants, and permitting requirements.

 

Pre-application meetings are requested through Nampa’s Online Portal. To do so, click the link below, select “Apply”, select “Plans”, select “Pre-Application Meeting.
