Building & Site Design Standards Committee meets the 3rd Monday of every month @ 12:30 pm City Hall Council Chambers. Review and action by the Committee on design review applications are not considered public hearings and are open public meetings. A pre-application meeting is intended for discussion in regard to properties upon which an owner/prospective owner or developer would like information about allowable land uses, availability of city utilities, residential structures and/or residential or commercial subdivision (land division) projects. This meeting will include staff members from Planning & Zoning and Engineering. At the time of the request, it will be determined if other city departments may have an interest in the project and they will be invited to attend. SIGN UP
