Unique transportation needs in Downtown Nampa prompted the Nampa Development Corporation to seek additional, special consideration for transportation alternatives in Downtown. This portion of the transportation plan focuses on improvements needed to accommodate new buildings in Downtown, to improve traffic flow and to create alternative routes for freight movement, among others.
