Irrigation Shutoff
Crews will begin pressurized irrigation shut-offs for non-payment July 14th. Last year, more than 1,700 customers had irrigation services shut off due to non-payment. Property owners should be aware it can take up to a week from the time payment is made to turn the irrigation water back on. Customers can pay their irrigation assessment online, in office from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, by mail, or over the phone at (855) 322-7410 (phone payments include a $1.50 service fee).

Nampa Shares & Cares
In this challenging economy, many Nampa families are having a hard time making ends meet. The City of Nampa’s Utility Billing office has joined forces with Western Idaho Community Action Partnership (WICAP) to launch the Nampa Shares and Cares Program.

By adding a tax-deductible donation to your bimonthly city utility bill, you can help someone less fortunate pay their water and sewer bill. 100% of your donation will be used to help those in need.
