Pam White
Pam White was elected to the Nampa City Council in June 2007. Prior to her service on the City Council, she was a Nampa Planning & Zoning Commissioner for three years. She has lived in Nampa for over 20 years. Her two grandchildren are fifth generation Canyon County residents.

Pam was in management at Home Federal Bank in Nampa at the time of her retirement from the banking industry. She was licensed in insurance and securities and also has her real estate license which she has held inactive since her appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Pam and her husband Steve have been married 42 years. Their daughter Autumn, her husband Marty and their two teenaged children, Kaiden and Lexi, also live in Nampa.

Her community involvement includes:
  • Board of Directors, St. Alphonsus Hospital Nampa, Chairman 2015-16
  • Board of Directors, Nampa Chamber of Commerce; Chairman 2007-08
  • Facilitator, Leadership Nampa
  • City Council Liaison to the Rural Fire District
  • Co-Patron of the Year 2007, Nampa Christian High School
  • Volunteer of the Year 2002, Nampa Chamber of Commerce

Councilwoman White has been City Council Liaison to various city commissions, Golf, Airport, Rural Fire Commission and Library Board. She currently serves on Nampa Development Corporation's Board of Commissioners and is City Council liaison to the Impact Fee Advisory Board.
