WISE - Women with Identify, Strength and Experience
The Women's Later in Life Support group is specifically designed for women, 50 and older, to address issues that are important to them and relevant in their current lives. Our goal is to help group members learn that they are not alone, feel supported and encouraged, feel a renewed sense of hope, find strength, and impove their health and self-image.
The group is open, ongoing group, that will meet weekly on Thursday's 11:00-12:30pm at the Nampa Family Justice Center. New members can join at any time - please contact NFJC at 475-5700 or sign up at the office.
PATCH – Patterns Achieved Through Changing Habits
Fundamental to all we teach in Pattern Changing is the belief that we possess certain basic rights in our lives. Understanding and acceptance of these rights must come first if we want to change old patterns of abuse and victimization into a new pattern of controlling our own life.
The group will meet over a 14-week period. Group is scheduled to begin in June/October/February meeting is Wednesday's from 6:00-8:00pm at the Nampa Family Justice Center. Please contact NFJC at 475-5700 or sign up at the office and get your place on the list for group starting.
