Details of the Program
Becoming eligible for the $10 one-time discount for your Utility Billing (Water) payments is quick and easy. You must simply perform the following steps:
- Notify the Utility Billing Department of your wish to enroll by filling out an online form, below
- Register for Paperless Billing at our Utility Billing Payment Site
- Register for recurring payments to pay your bill online at our Utility Billing Payment Site
*Note: This means paying in person, manually online or by mail will disqualify you from being eligible for the discount.
In order to notify the Utility Billing Department of your intent to enroll in Paperless Billing, please have a copy of your most recent bill and review the following instructions to begin.
First you will be required to fill out the enrollment form, and then enroll for Paperless Billing and recurring payments on the payment site afterwards. This is a two step process. The enrollment form will also provide you with the option of checking a box that you understand that recurring payments only will qualify you for the $10 discount.
Second you will be re-directed to our Utility Billing Portal where you can check your account status and/or pay your bills online. If you have not yet signed up to access our Utility Billing Portal, you will be able to sign up at this time. Once you have logged in to the Portal, the user-menu along the top will guide you through the Account Statement and Online Billing process.
The discount program is currently unavailable at this time.
The City of Nampa is pleased to provide a discount for any citizen who chooses to enroll in paperless billing. In today's uncertain economic climate, the City is doing all that it can to reduce costs, and pass those savings directly to the citizens of Nampa.
