- City Council public hearings are generally scheduled for the first and third Monday of each month. Agendas & Staff Reports will be available on the Friday prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Building & Site Design Standards Committee public hearings are scheduled for the second Monday of each month. Refer to the Design Review Requirements page for more information on building and site design standards.

Public hearing notices are published in the Idaho Press-Tribune 15 days prior to hearings. Agendas and Staff Reports are made available the Friday before each scheduled meeting. The City of Nampa has adopted Hearing Procedures for the conduct of public hearings. These procedures provide an opportunity for all affected persons to present and rebut evidence, and provide the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council guidance on: 1) Submission of evidence, 2) Ex parte communications and conflicts of interest, 3) Call to order, 4) Hearing item speaking times, 5) Appeal hearing speaking times, 6) Hearing protocol, and 5) Other hearing rules of conduct.
